Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We just added UK, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, and South Koreato our list of countries. If your country is missing, you can submit a request for your country to be added at info@talkingdonkeyshop.com.

* Estimated Delivery Time does not include handling time of 1 business day. The above estimated price assumes an order of up to 2 items. Ordering more than 2 items will increase the shipping rate nominally. USPS First Class is not available for orders of more than 2 items as it exceeds the weight limit allowed by USPS.
All international shipments will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery times and pricing vary by country.
What are your shipping guidelines?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6 AM PST will be shipped the same day! All orders placed after 6AM PST will start processing the same business day and ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday after 10AM PST will be shipped on Monday. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.ORDERING AND PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. We currently do not accept phone orders.Do I have to pay sales tax?

At Talking Donkey, we promise to keep handling time to 1 business day. In order to process orders as fast as possible, we are unable to make changes to an order. All changes to an order must be processed via the returns and exchanges process.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
At Talking Donkey, your satisfaction with our products is always guaranteed. Because we know that it is sometimes necessary for you to return or exchange an item, we want to make the process as easy as possible. If you need to return or exchange your order from Talking Donkey, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase. All items are deemed un-returnable if worn, washed, or have sustained damage by the customer. To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions on the Returns & Exchanges page. Once the items are received, your credit will be issued to the original payment method. Returns generally take 1-2 weeks to process after receipt of item. Talking Donkey does not refund your original shipping charges unless a Talking Donkey error was involved, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. If this is a domestic return, Talking Donkey will refund your original shipping charges if you are returning an item due to incorrect size (this does not apply for international returns). In these situations, please indicate the type of error on the return form. Because Talking Donkey is not responsible for returns lost in transit, we advise customers to get a tracking number when returning an item.What is your exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange an item to a different style or size, please return the item to be exchanged using the returns instructions above and place a new order online. promise to respond within 24 hours, although you can expect us to respond much quicker than that. We
currently do not have a hot-line number but will be offering that
