At Talking Donkey, your satisfaction with our products is always guaranteed. Because we know that it is sometimes necessary for you to return or exchange an item, we want to make the process as easy as possible. If you need to return or exchange your order from Talking Donkey, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase. All items are deemed un-returnable if worn, washed, or have sustained damage by the customer. To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions on the Returns & Exchanges page. Once the items are received, your credit will be issued to the original payment method. Returns generally take 1-2 weeks to process after receipt of item. Talking Donkey does not refund your original shipping charges unless a Talking Donkey error was involved, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. If this is a domestic return, Talking Donkey will refund your original shipping charges if you are returning an item due to incorrect size (this does not apply for international returns). In these situations, please indicate the type of error on the return form. Because Talking Donkey is not responsible for returns lost in transit, we advise customers to get a tracking number when returning an item.
